It got per week for support to check out my dishwasher. The service-man requested a component from Asko. 1 week later he found deploy the part simply to discover he didn't possess the proper component. I requested to truly have the component fast and was informed "we can not do this, we have to undergo regular stations", he explained components might get 5 times. We'd to contact and pleed to obtain another visit put up. 8 business days later the support individual didn't appear as planned with no concept was left telling people of the. Whenever we named, customer support was rude and brief around. We were informed the component didn't are available in also it could be another week. Again the component couldn't be expedited. National should be too busy to supply great customer support once they fall the ball. I'll not visit their shop again or contact them for support.
