I've been looking to get a treadmill set for over three months. Customer Support mentioned that I had a need to possess a specialist in the future out and substitute the component. I required the specialist provide the component. This didn't occur. The specialist and that I had a hot discussion concerning the component not be damaged. I suppose the component being in two-pieces is not really mcuh of the idea the component was damaged. The specialist was to-order the component and that I was to displace it - no huge package except the component never got requested. After investing significantly more than an hour or so being returned around in one customer support consultant to a different, I've to truly have the specialist return out to determine when the component is damaged! What's it along with you people? Have you been attempting to irritate me enough that I'll quit? Incorrect solution!
