Wont refund, as guaranteed, if product is returned

I used the product, and then re-ordered. Approx 7months went by, and I had forgotten about the previous order, as it had not been recieved. I then re-oedered, and in about 1 1/2 weeks, the first re0order was recieved, and about 3 or four days later the 2nd re-order was recieved. This made me very unhappy, as to the lenghty delay between the re-orders.

I called the company and expressed my feelings and canceled a insurance policy that was for any septic problems I would ever incur for a perion of 5 years. I got my refund from the seperate septic insurance policy. I also went to UPS, which had been the delivery service, and they told me there would be no problem, as both shipments were UNOPENED. I have had numerous calls to them with no satisfaction, and there has been no refunds on either if the returned supplies.
