Represent themselves as FBK products and tell you the FBK septic helper is no good

Septic Magic calls and says they are FBK products. Then they say the last shipment of septic helper you got is no good and you should stop using it. They have a replacement product to use.

Then they get your credit card # and charge you $181, saying when you return the product you have you will get a refund. They give you the address of FBK to send it to, but there is no refund, since FBK has no knowledge of this.

They do send you the Septic Magic product, but looking at the other reports, it doesn't work.

After talking to FBK, they think Septic Magic is disgrunteled ex-employees of FBK.

One of the problems is when Septic Magic calls you it shows up as FBK on the caller ID.
