Septic Saver Refused to reinburse for unopened/returned product

This product was ordered, and about 8 or 9 mo. Later, I was contacted regarding a NEW septic helper was promoted. I had forgotten about the previous order, as I still had a supply from a previous order. I ordered the NEW product, and about a week later the 2nd order arrived, and 2 days later, the 3rd order arrived. When the latest order was accepted, I quired the caller about the non-delivery of the 2nd order and was told I would be reinbursed. After the final delivery, I was so pissed I sent back both orders, unopened thru UPS. UPS does not give reciepts for returned and unopened boxes, but FBK states they never recieved the returned merchandise and refused to remit any moneys, until I produce a reciept indicating the product was given too, and returned by UPS. This is a total rip-off, and to me is a blatant case of FRAUD, and just downright theft of my money. The total owed from both returnrd productsotal approx. $550.00
