They broke my watch and won't resolve the issue

I introduced a classic view I've had because the late-1970s (in excellent situation) to Accuracy time for you to obtain a fresh battery. I had been spoken into obtaining the gem changed whilst the unique gem had several scores. Well, they smashed the watch, bent the fingers, and scratched the facial skin of the watch.

It's been MORE THAN 3 Weeks and that I am still trying to understand this problem solved. They originally explained it'd consider 4-6 months to obtain it fixed. Today after a few months they acknowledge that it's beyond restoration and contains been near to another 14 days and that I am still awaiting them to "obtain the view back again to the shop" before they'll matter the check. This really is once they explained it'd just be "per weekapproximately". This can be a period organization that's didn't fulfill time deadlines on atleast 4 events with this problem alone.
