FBK Product S, Krane Products ripoff billing scam phone harassment

After we purchased our home, I received a phone call from Krane Products, marketing a septic helper. Having no previous experience with a septic system, I agreed to buy it. I paid in-full with a credit card over the phone. When the box of septic helper arrived, inside the box, was another product; something to keep food fresh in the refrigerator. A small envelope inside the box contained information about the refrigerator fresh-keepers and stated that I could try one refrigerator packet for free and if not satisfied, return the rest. I did. I put the refrigerator fresh-keepers still sealed, like new back in the box that the septic helper came in and mailed it USPS with a return receipt requested.

Two months went by before Krane Products starting calling. The woman on the line wanted payment for the refrigerator fresh-keepers. I informed her that I returned them. She rudely insisted that they were not received within 30 days and wanted payment. I told her I wasn't paying for them, I returned them and that my receipt from the post office showed that it was mailed within 30 days. The caller id showed that Krane Products continued to call at all times of the day and night for another month. I didn't answer. It's been two years. They're calling again everyday day and night and this time the caller id says FBK Products, Inc. Don't buy anything from them or give them your cc number! Stay away.
