If you manage to understand 50% to 75% of what is being said you won't get anywhere.

It appears that these employees are reading script. When an issue arises that cannot be immediately address, you are asked to be put on "Hold" so the can "Update" your information. You are not supposed to know that they are talking to a supervisor regarding your last issue.in short, stay away from TracFone!
