Twin cities, jessie and kindra herd are rip off artists

I worked for Jessie and Kindra Herd in 2007 and was totaly ripped off by them. They were the nicest people at first but it went down hill from there. I ran for them for four months and checks bounced and they would pay me cash. And their equipment is not even safe for mexican roads.
I drove their freighterbuilt and it had brake issues tire issues and they had a crack in the oil pan which they had welded. I was on the road for three weeks and the oil pan split in Aurora, NE and lost all the oil. They left me there for three days in the truck in the winter w no heat. A wrecker finaly showed up and brought me back to Kc where when i got home and took my two checks to the bank they bounced.
I never did get my last check from them and filled a report along with several other drivers with the Kansas Wage and labor board and we won the case but it has been two years almost and have yet to collect any of my wages from them and yet had to claim taxes on wages i never recieved.
I continue to see their ad in the paper looking for drivers and i pray that guys look on the net for info about this company. I just dont understand how the D.O. T and the state of Kansas let DANGEROUS companies like this stay in buisness. My appologies to you that worked here after I did. My mom found this rip off site with them on it and thought I would pass on my history with Jessie and Kindra Herd to save someone else from the trouble.
