Furniture Taken From Apartment After Voided Card Charge

Aaron's furniture is a rip-off, with low-down scam artists. I bought furniture on a rent-to-purchase basis, and they have my credit card on file to charge against the monthly payments each month. This month they charged the account, and then the manager could not find the agreement granting permission to use the card. They then voided the transaction, which caused the amount to be locked because it was still authorized to be sent to Aaron's. Until the funds are released after the void, the funds are in limbo. The following day, Aaron's found the release and ran the transaction again. Of course, it was declined because they had already tried to run it.

Aaron's then came to my house and took out all my furniture. They came to the apartment complex under false pretense of delivering furniture when they in fact came to take it away. Creekside Park, where I lived, gave them the keys to my apartment without my consent. Creekside Park and Aaron's are both claiming no fault, while I am still without furniture or money because of what Aaron's did. I have nowhere to sleep. They even took a side table that was already paid for.

They violated our rights and privacy. I no longer feel comfortable in my own apartment. Creekside wants to fine us if we break our lease. Aaron's does not want to give our furniture back. Where is the justice?
