Bad service

I puchased a Thermaltake CPU Cooling component to get a BTX system. After program was constructed the whinning made by the lover was really noisy. I approached Electroseller within 3 times of getting the component. They explained to get hold of Thermaltake, that we did. I had been advised to get rid of and reseat the component. I did so, but nonetheless the complaint. And so I sent Electroseller plus they declare my 15 times for reimbursement are up - to harmful to me. I'd not buy other things from their store - their insufficient customer support and disappointment to remain behind the things they market is just a caution to all.
