Never recieved sweatshirt and will not refund money

I ordered a sweatshirt from the Modern Mischief website in October, and four months later I still have not received it. I've been e-mailed a plethora of excuses, from the item being out of stock, to a fire in their print shop, and being busy being of the holiday season, which at first I was understandable and patient with, but after four months of it I am fed up. I've asked for a refund numerous times, my first time in December, and am just now being informed of their policy that they do not issue refunds because they "lose money." The communication is horrible—it normally takes me three to four e-mails or myspace messages to get ahold of them, and when I do, they do nothing but talk in circles.
