On December 27 I requested the Wusthof Le Cordon Bleu 14-piece knife-block collection. I received my purchase in a regular way; nevertheless, on of the blades was broken. That evening, I sent CutleryandMore Customer Support seeking an upgraded. No reaction inside the "briefly" schedule they guarantee to react to questions. I email over and over and lastly an answer they might deliver me an upgraded. Per week passes with no further conversation from their website. I email CutleryandMore again plus some Customer Support representative reacts that their delivery department was shut and my alternative might venture out the next week.By today, January 28, I still haven't obtained the alternative blade or any more communications out of this organization. Do they believe I'll overlook and disappear. No-chance! I'll consider every chance to allow every customer understand how horrible their support is. I've handled bad customer serive before, but the corporation as well as their workers provide bad support a brand new meaning. Their insufficient integrity, regard due to their clients and ethics is incredible. Don't order from their website.
