Terrible customer service

I bought a Vizio VX32L tv at Costco in December. Following a couple weeks of utilizing the device, a-4" straight natural stripe started to look about the display. I first approached Vizio Customer Support in January. Vizio, in the beginning, declined to displace it declaring that I'd broken the collection. After increasing it to some degree 3 (?) status, Vizio ultimately decided to deliver me an upgraded Television. After 3 more months, the alternative Television came, THAT WAS ALSO BROKEN! After five minutes useful, the display might struggle and freeze along with a loud popping sound might originate from the speakers (I believed it had been likely to inflate). Therefore, after calling Vizio all over again, and delivering the damaged alternative set back (they place a $600 hang on my charge card till they obtained the unit back) they decided to deliver me another alternative device. After 3 months with no alternative Television, I approached Vizio again for follow-up. Their guarantee was they might convey vessel a device in my experience. After another week, no alternative. Another phone to Vizio and that I found discover they screwed-up the job order. It's today September and after many broken claims ("Dropped the job order", "It is on back order", "that individual who requested your alternative isn't any longer using the organization"...) I still don't have any alternative Television. Therefore, after 7 weeks and at 10 - 15 hours to be positioned on store and returned around from division to division at Vizio, I'm done. I'm tossing my damaged Vizio Television within the garbage and purchasing a Sony. Consider my guidance, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER spend your cash on the Vizio item. You'll end up having a damaged bit of crap, out your hard-acquired cash and you will be discouraged to no-end. It amazes me what sort of firm with such faulty items and terrible customer support may remain in company.
