Irene And Gary Franks " A-ONE Realty" owners lied, flashing on roof placed backwards causing leaks in soffit and walls

My name is Richard. I bought a home from the Franks. They identified themselves as realators in the MLS and owners of the house I purchased from them. They indicated on their disclosure"No prior roof problems".. The flashing on the roof is installed upside down in an area where there is ice every winter on the rim of the roof. There was wavy underlayment on this house 'all over'... The underlayment was getting wet due to flashing being installed upside down on the original roof... There was caulking freshly applied in all the 'problem ' areas that leaked 'again' from observation... There were cracks in the drywall that had all been 'freshly painted'... On the outside of this house there is freshly painted 'bowed wood next to the exterior walls where the water damage occurred before. The rest of the exterior house siding had been left unpainted. The paint wasn't a exact match... The Franks declared on the disclosure paper required at the escrow...'no problems with leaking water'... The freshly applied caulk and paint say otherwise.

There was a multitude of problems with the furnace. We have had the home warrantee company out six times now... The home warranty does not cover the roof problems and was required in escrow to cover the problems with the house for one year... They are not. I am being forced by the bills to repair things covered 'by disclosure'.. To the tune of "ten thousand dollars".

Do not be another victim of the "Franks"... They are realators in the Show low, Arizona "Rim 'Country Area... Do not believe their 'disclosure'... They will not reveal what' they know to be true about the problems with the houses. They are just interested 'in the sale'... Not you... You will spend thousands of dollars 'fixing their houses'.
