My roof was torn off instead of the house across the street!

I had my roof replaced 7 years ago and it had a 25 year warranty and have no problems with it. Imagine my shock when I received a phone call at work from my neighbor called to tell me my roof was being torn off.

It seems that the owners of the house accross the street had contracted with Sir Home Improvement to have a new roof put on. Unfortunately, they ripped my roof off instead.

I am still tryng to to get this resolved. How could this happen? I don't want anyone from Sir Home Improvement to touch my roof again.
