I was told that the service installer would come Friday morning, so I called off work and lost a day's pay for... Nothing. They never showed up. I received a phone call in the morning saying that they would be there in the afternoon... Nope. I then received a phone call saying they would be there Saturday morning at seven. Called at nine in the morning to see if they were coming at was not only yelled at (saying no way would they ever be out at seven), but was also hung up on. Well the tech showed up at 11 am. Didn't leave until 1 in the morning. 14 hours! I had to give him gas to make it to the gas station. Out of two receivers, only one worked partially, no local stations. I also had satellite internet hooked up... Didn't work. The tech said he would have everything going the next day. So Sunday came and nothing changed. The tech did call and gave me a password to get my internet started. That night I downloaded one movie and received an email saying I was abusing my fair use policy. (I didn't know anything about a fair use policy... Never told about it). I called a week later about the no service and was told that yes it had been installed wrong, but they would take $10 off my monthly bill for the partial service. I said what good is that to me, just cancell my service since I don't have it anyhow. About a week later I received a bill for 526.61 dollars. I called and was told that if I would continue my service that they would cancel the early cancellation fee. I said OK but, when are you actually going to give me the service I order? The lady said in two weeks. I said I am not waiting for two weeks to get service. She said why do I think that I can just jump in front of others who are waiting for service. I said I waiting the first time and now I'm just want my service/installation finished. She said there was nothing she could do about that. I said well then I am continuing my cancellation of service and I am not paying the Early Cancellation Fee. She said that I had to because they offered me $10 off and also for a tech to come out and fix the problem. They were rude and didn't care about how bad the installation was. I have never been treated so poorly.
