Took four months of 14.95 from our account without authorization

Each x-mas we buy from norm thompson. After we paid our bill and received gifts. We noted that 14.95 was being withdrawn from our account each month.

We did not know why and tried to reach the company but got nowhere.

Finally we contacted our bank who advised us how to stop payments after the company had taken four months of 14.95.

When we did reach norm thompson finally they denied any knowledge of the withdrawal and blamed another company, which we finally reached by telelphone and asked to stop withdrawing from our account and return our money, we have not received any confirmation of either.
