I only had direct tv for about 3 to 4 months we got the wrong box then had to pay for the correct box, after paying for they when they didnt find the box that there installer took with them they tryed to charge me another 400 on my bill. They had over charges on my bill and we could never catch up talkin about one month in advance they was sending us a bill every 2 weeks now that is turned off the internet bill is still saying were connected and we owe 700 but yet our service was turned off in NOV its january bout to be feb and they sent us a box to send there stuff back but they wont accept a phone call about my past bill i wouldnt tell anybody to go to them
