Water/Sewer/Road Maintance Company refuses water service to my property until I pay a $10,500.00 fine. Ten thousand five hundred dollar late payment fine. The house is uninhabitable. I am forced to pay the mortgge for the property, as well as rent in another dwelling to have a roof over my head and a working shower/toliet.
