The following list is not there even though its advertised. Pool its filled in with dirt. Duffer lake is a mud hole.

I bought property there in 2004 I was going to build on the lot but I had one problem about 25 ft. From my property line there is a burnt out home place, I asked them to clean it up, its still there in 2010.

I stopped paying dues for something I can't use also I am being charged for water that I can't or don't use, there is no water on my lot its capped off.

The road to my lot is a mudhole full of potholes and ruts, the entire place is not kept up, in the spring and summer you can't find your lot because the road frontage grows above your head even though they are supposed to maintain it.

Now because the rumor of this place being broke they are taking me to court to collect dues and water usage money, remember my lot is vacant.

Its a joke I can't give this lot away. Don't get caught in a trap like I did this place plays by its on rules.

When I have to pay for water I will run a water hose 24 hrs a day on an empty lot.
