Unjustified Discrimination and Business Ethics

New Contract took over the old Contract and i have seniority over the old contract V-techsolutions did not choose me i feel i was discriminated. Another contract worker was not picked either but she at least got an email stating she was not picked and an appology, i waited and i never received anything from them.
