I sign contract for 12 months with planetfitness instead of them taking out 19.99 what contract says they are taking 20.05. Went to gym ask why? Was told it was a federal tax for tanning beds Told them I didnt sign contract for 20.05 they did not inform me in any way no letter, no phone call not even when I came into gym. Can they change a contract without my consent or signing any contract in that amount. Manger was very rude allso the worker was very rude. I know it not a great amont of money is that a legall practice to do this?
