Pirates on the internet ripoff

The Best Way Auto Transport obtained my information from the internet. (They are an auto transport broker company) I put in for different quotes to obtain my car to be transported from Maryland to California. I had already obtained another company (All America Auto Transport), signed a contract with them, Best Way called me and said do you still want us to pick up your car.

They misrepresented themselves as if they were the other company. They picked up my car without a signed contract. (Best Way searches the internet for those who have places quotes for auto transport and find your information.

Once they have your information, they call you and pretend to be the other company that you may have signed up with. They are actually stealing business from other Brokers) When I realized that they picked up my car and they were not the company that I had a contract with, I called them. They tried to force me with scare tack ticks to sign a contract with them.

Stating that I would not get my car, and it would not be delivered unless I signed the contract. They hung up on me and my mother aleast 6 times. They are pirates on the internet. Finally I was able to track down where my car was and told the actual transport company which is M & E that I don't want to do any business with Best Way and they did not have a signed contract from me.

M & E notified Best Way that their transaction was canceled because of failed to obtain a signed contract. I just wanted this complaint to be filed so that others may know what kind of dirty business they are doing and just how they treat their customers.
