Bundle Service a Total RipOff

On July my husband and I decided to get AT&T service since they had this whole bundle package going on. So we decided to get just about everything; internet, wireless, phone, and satellite. Upon getting the services we talked to a customer service representative who was very gracious and informative, she pretty much walked us through everything.in a manner of about 30 minutes or so we had AT&T service. With a few tweeking here and there, changing cell phones and switiching the wireless internet to DSL internet, we finally felt comfortable in what we wanted. No sooner than a month, or let's just say a couple of days, went by we already were informed that our wireless bill was past due. I called the customer service line and was informed that they sent the bill to our old address. Clearly when we started the service we gave them the address that we currently were residing in! So they apologized but, still held us responsible for not paying our bill on time stating that we should have gone online to see when I bill is due, etc. Of course, we were both furious, not only did they bill us no sooner than we started the service but they sent it to the wrong address. To make matters worse our services weren't even bundled. A few calls here and a few calls there and still the matter hadn't gotten resolved. We had gotten excuses from everything like this is AT&T wireless we do not handle landlines that is Bellsouth, which is a company that is affiliated with AT&T, to we have to pay the bill before they would even consider bundling our services and we could not get satellite on our bill, etc. With some tough websurfing I finally found the corporate office email address. We sent them an email describing dissatisfaction with AT&T. No sooner than we sent the email, AT&T corporate office called us stating that they would handle the problem. A month or two later, still no changes. We had just sent the corporate office another email wondering when our services is going to be bundled. Because of the inept handling of our service, we have continually been behind in our payments often times having our service temporarily disrupted. AT&T has yet to admit their fault or have at least took care of one months bill for us. Look, we are all adults and we have bills that we are responsible for but, to just no accept the fact that you made a mistake to us is infuriating. Word of wisdom, if a company is promoting bundled packages please do not fall for it.
