Horrible Service / Hidden Charges

Not able to pay statement online, site claims the area to pay for expenses is along. This site support continues to be down for over per month. I had been known a telephone support that'll take fee but by having an extra cost of 5. Oo bucks. I visited a Verizon company website in Riverside and was informed I really could not spend my statement there simply because they just handled wireless clients. I advised them that I had been a radio client, plus they informed that my instant and residential weren't included, so that they couldn't support me. It requires me atleast 30 mins every time I try to contact an income individual in the organization with no one has the capacity to assist me. Anything you do, don't utilize Verizon like a telephone support. They're not useful, there providers are depressing and never reliable. The issues are with-there organization and providers however they try to bill you extra providers for issues that they trigger or have the effect of happening.
