Termination Fee Taken From Debit Card Without Permission

I recently called to cancel my service with Directv. I was told that a termination fee was to be paid immediately, along with any outstanding monies due. I was fine with that, except I requested a copy of the document with my signature showing that a termination fee would be due if I terminated my account early. I was told they would send it to me, but they would be taking this money out of my Visa account (debit card) immediately.

I told them three times that I did not authorize them to take this money from my account. I had used my credit card to pay my bill online once, and they had kept this information on file without my knowledge. I suggested they send me a bill with the documents I requested, and if I agreed, I would pay the bill immediately.

Well, they debited my account even though I did not give them permission. This is not a reasonable thing to allow these companies to do. To me, if you pay a bill online you are giving companies permission to take your information and do as they will.
