Horrible Customer Service and professionalism

I went in to return a cake decorating item that was defective and the owner told me that if I had any common sense I would know to call in when it didn't work. When it was purchased, she told me how to apply it, which I did what she said. When I tried to return it, found out that there was much more to it then what she had told me. She wouldn't refund my money, in fact after I told her how much I paid for the item, she told me I was over charged and snickered about it. She was rude and insulting!!!
