Newegg customer service is horrible. They don't honor customer's 30 day return warranty. I received the MB, and it wasn't recognizing 16GB of memory. I need a quick turnaround and Newegg website recommended that I purchase a New item, and get an RMA for the existing item. I did that, and received the replacement product within 2 days. I shipped the original back to them and they told me they couldn't return the item because it was damage. I called and told them the damage could have been from manufacturer and I shouldn't have to pay for it. They wouldn't listen Now I am stuck with 2 MBs. This will be last time I do business at Newegg.
