An unauthorized charge appeared on my PayPal account. They are rude, uncooperative, obtuse, and thieves. They would not comply with our request for reimbursement and would not provide a supervisor once the 'customer dis-service' person SteveO became hostile and combative. Awful, horrid, miserable and refused to refund money immediately. Tried to deny refund. Run them off the web and PayPal.
Lied and said PayPal refund would take 3 days.
