Element Sales Inc, Magazine Selling Scam

I ordered a magazine subscription through the company and was told it would take 4-6 weeks by the salesperson. Their names were Blaze (male) and Charlie (female) I waited and nothing ever arrived. So, I contacted Fitness Magazine (the magazine I was subscribing to) and after a few emails they notified me and told me there has not been any subscriptions made for my name and address. I followed the directions for a cancellation and refund of Element Sales, Inc. And never received a refund. I send my cancellation notice and request for a refund about a month ago today and called the company numerous times. I have not received a refund check yet. Also, when I call no one ever picks up the phone and it goes right to voice mail. I requested a full refund of $55 from the company since they have yet to provide me with the items I was supposed to receive. After contacting Fitness magazine they have told me that they cannot determine if Element Sales, Inc. Is an authorized agent to sale their magazines. The subscription is for 3 years of fitness. At this point I would simply like a full refund. I have the original agreement and I photocopied the agreement when I sent to them.

I filed a claim with the BBB and that went unanswered. I've written the company and nothing. I've filed a complaint with the attorney general of Missouri also and nothing.

Someone please help. And please no one else buy anything from door to door sales people.
