Directv the scamlords tha want your soul and money

I see that I am not alone in the deception of Directv before I tell my story I hope that all that have been scamed are trying to fight by maybe joining a class action lawsuit.

I was with Directv for a little over a year after leaving comcast-big mistake. It was like leaving a good boyfriend for an attractive hot guy who turned out to be a big stalking loser. Every month I was having billing issues or other problems with customer service. None of them were on the same page and it drove me nuts. I decided I had enough and told them I was leaving, well the operator I spoke to made no record of the phone call so I was punished for that, the next operator turned me over to the lets make-up operator and when I had told her I already had joined comcast since no one had gotten back to me, she turned from sweet thing to raging witch and I was threaten left and right.

A few months earlier I had to pay a bill quickly so I used my credit card not knowing they were going to store those numbers without my permission. Yes it came back to haunt me because they decided to instead of sending me a final bill and give me a chance to pay anything I owed they went ahead and charged over 300 dollars on my card throwing me overlimit. After loosing my mind over that I got that removed from my card but not without a headache.
So the bill in the mean time was lowered to 180. Dollars, this was my early termination fee.

Comcast for the most part does not have contracts like this so I didn't expect it and they didn't discuss the contract and I didn't sign anything. The collections agency claims since I gave them my social security number for the initial credit check that was considered a signature. This has been going on for over a year and I have called the FCC, FTC the Attorney General of Florida etc. They stopped harrassing me for about 10 months and now they are back at it now that the Att. Gen. Has closed the complaint.

I want every one to know they are crooked and to stay away! They have no sympathy and could care less if you are satisfied as long as they get money. Stay away form Directv and I hope more come forward and join a class action law suit, and if the lawyers get the lion share so be it, as long as they win it. Thank-you for lending an eyeball, be careful they are devils in disguise!
