Horrible custommer service and false charges

Verizon has THE worst customer service. It honestly took weeks to actually get through to an actual person and when I finally did I was either transferred and then hung up on, transfered to about 4 different people/departments, and in one instance I was on the phone with a rep and I could hear him but he could not hear me. He was talking to another party and (if I wanted to) I could have that persons name phone # address etc...
I was charged by verizon and never once had service! They gave me a # but it was never working. So again I tried to reach customer service. Now about a good 2 months later, I finally found someone to straighten out this mess! Never use Verizon!
