Billed $110 for wire installation I already had

I just recently got Verizon home phone service at home I already had wire installed but I am getting billed for $110 for wire installation that is false and wrong charges no one is listening me plz if some one can help me I am tired of Verizon bullshit I didn't get my Verizon internet I didn't get direct tv through Verizon because my order wasn't processed by verizon.
