In July I was contacted by ZWW-ISP for a 30 Day Trial. At the end of the conversation, I was told it would be $49.95 a month. I said I didn't want the service and had to argue with them that I didn't want the service or the free trial. They called twice. Each time I said I didn't want the service or trial and to take me off their calling list.

It just now came to my attention that I have been being billed the $49.95 a month thru my phone bill since July.

I phoned to cancel and ask for a refund. I was told I would get a 2 month refund, but that would be it. They were supposed to e-mail me the phone recording. That wasn't done.

I do not want this service and I want my money back in full.
