I saw an ad for two products that were supposed to show you an immediate reduction in wrinkles. They advertised a 14 day free trial with me having to pay for the shipping. As the product did not do what it was advertised to do, I called the company to advise them that I didn't want the products because they didn't do what they were advertised to do and I wanted to return them and get my money back. I was refused because they said I was beyond my 14 day free trial. I was advised that they use the day the order was placed as the 1st day of the 14 day free trial. They charged my account the shipping for Age Free and Equinoxglow at $4.95 each on June 28. I called them on July 12 to cancel the products. I would count that as 14 days including the shipping. They refused to refund my money. They charged me $99.00 for one product and $93.00 for the other product. This is false advertising. They do not give you a 14 day free trial because you do not have the product for 14 days—they count the days that it takes to ship the product to me. If they advertise a 14 day free trial they should give you a 14 day free trial after the product arrives. This is fraud. I don't care if they say they count 14 days from the day you order the product, it is false advertising to say you get a 14 day free trial of the product because you don't. You DO NOT have the product for 14 days. And I count June 28 to 29 as 1 day, June 29 to 30 as two days, June 30 to July 1 as three days, July 1 to 2 as four days, July 2 to 3 as five days, July 4 (which is a holiday) to 5 as six days, July 5 to 6 as seven days, July 6 to 7 as eight days, July 7 to 8 as nine days, July 8 to 9 as ten days, July 9 to 10 as eleven days, July 10 to 11 as twelve days, July 11 to 12 as thirteen days. So my calling them on July 12 to cancel and return the product was within the 14 days but they argued with me that it was after the 14 days. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told there was no supervisor. I said you have no supervisor at your customer service site. He said no. Then he said he was in a meeting and he told me that he would be in that meeting for a long time. He told me to call back the next day and the supervisor would talk to me. I called back but was not allowed to talk to a supervisor. They owe me this money.
