I ordered goods, paid for them, I have never recieved my order. Tried to contact them - no reply form them

I ordered goods for 299.99$ from Digitaltechgear.com, paid for them, they got back to me telling me they recieved my payment but I have never recieved items which I ordered and paid for. This company is a rip off. They made me to become a victim of an internet fraud. Is there any way how to get my money back? Or is putting up charges against them a way to deal with this issue? Any suggestions? Thank you for your help. I kept all the evidence from them.
