This company is a very deceiptive and manipulative company. Their service is horrible they make promises to keep you as a customer and then dont keep them. They just string you along, and every time they get you to try something they lengthen your contract with out clearly telling you that they are. Their book keeping is horrible. You pay a month in advance and are always a month behind when you call to cancel.

I called in summer 05 to cancel was offered free up grades and $65 programing to stay (down from $90) and a tec to check my service interuptions. Like a fool I tried it. I called in Oct of 06 to cancel and was told I had to wait till May of 07. I called may of 07 to cancel, After 45 minutes on hold and numerous offers was told that I couldnt cancel until Oct 16 07. I called again Aug 07
confirmed that I could cancel on Oct 16. They said to call on Oct 6, I asked what my final payment was to carry me thru my contact they told me, I wrote a check for the amount to carry me thru my contract. I called Oct 6, (1 hour on hold) cancelled my subscription.

I have been billed, double billed, credited, uncredited, spoken to three seperate employees who could see the errors in the computer, but couldn't fix them. Wrote letters to Customer service and the office of the president all to no avail. I am now in collections.

We need to band together and go after these big companies that are advertizing on TV about their 99% satisfaction to customers, when there are this many people being wronged by them.
