Sells Broken PS3 With Mismatched Serial Numbers, Denies Return

Purchased a PS3 from my local Bestbuy on Mon (March 17th). After I first got it house I then found out it had been damaged. On boot-up it'd claim "Have To recover drive, push X to carry on".
