They have been calling me and harassing me numerous times about a collection. Without even knowing if it is my collection

They have called me numerous times about a collection. However, they won't release any information. I did not give my name to them. I gave them my phone number, the same number they have been calling me on. After requesting they remove me from there phone contact list and requesting they contact me in writing.

The most recent call was automated and said they were offering me a discount. When I held on, they tried to get my information. Without telling me who they are. They told me they could not remove me without knowing who I am. I told them they were harassing me and had no legal right to contact me. They again told me they had to have my name. Then asked me for my address. I told them that if they thought I was there client they should have my address. Otherwise leave me alone. They finally said they would remove me from there phone contact list.
