Unjustified cell phone Harassment

This company is continously calling and harassing me each day about a bill that isn't even mine. When i contact them on the matter they say that it's the collection agency that's making the calls. Then when i contact the collection agency they tell me that they do not have any info. On me and it's not them thats calling me. All i know is that i'm in Just Energy data calling base and i have ask them several times to remove my number and have their computor to quit calling.
