Collection Agencies Wrong Person

I have been getting automated calls from Alliance One for a long time. The call is suposedly from a Vivian Moore, but that is a code name for an automated call. I had called them twice before to remove me from their list as they were asking for someone I have never heard of. On 11-27-07 I was assured that my phone number and address had either been removed or a note added to not call. I got another call yesterday (12-10-07) exactly as before. I called again today to talk with a supervisor. I was told again that they would remove my contact info. They confirmed that it had been removed on 11-27, but it got added again. The supervisor said they would remove my name again, but I got no assurance that my name would not be added back again. There appears to be no obvious recourse to this issue. Although I did get her supervisor's name in the event I get called again, I don't really believe it will change anything. I asked this lady what my recourse would be in the evetn that I get another call in the future, and her comment was "I guess you can contact your attorney". The supervisor I spoke with was Claudia Burger and her supervisor is Victor Lopez.
