Lied to, abused and tired of "customer service"

I recently changed from Verizon to T-Mobile after a representative at the local mall claimed I could get the same services at a lower rate (almost $100 less) if I switched over to T-Mobile. I should have realized it was too good to be true when I noticed more dropped calls than I ever had with ANY cell phone carrier.

The next problem was the new Shadow phone I bought worked like crap and since I was still within my 14 days where I could exchange the phone at no charge I switched phones and had even more problems. All of my features that were on the Shadow phone that should have been switched over WEREN'T.

I called customer service and when I told them about services that I had paid for but didn't have they just said oh there's a glitch in the system. I told them that it wasn't my fault and I wanted a refund for that service and they said they would pro-rate my next months service. I paid my December bill and NOTHING was pro-rated and all I got was more argumentative "customer service agents". T-Mobile has failed to do ANYTHING that the representative claimed or even half of what their contract stated I was getting when I signed up.

I recently saw story on cellphone carriers position with consumers and I now understand why T-Mobile is dead LAST. I'll be going back to Verizon and if T-Mobile tries to charge the early termination fee they'll hear from my attorney and we'll see them in small claims court because their service was substandard from the start and customer service completely inadequet. To blame crappy service on so many other reasons than to accept the blame and try to correct it rather than argue is a start to bettering service, but they just don't get it. I'm sorry I left Verizon!!!
