299 Deceptive, Price Gougers, Very Rude & Insultive

Beware! This particular Pak Mail, #299, charged fees of $70 on $155 of DHL packages after lying to me and saying there was no extra charges. I had them back out the labels, and I printed them myself. I'm still waiting for my credit card to be credited the $225. They charged me. The owner became rude & insultive after I brought in prepaid packages for DHL pickup, and I tried to tell her that her charges should be disclosed to customers upfront. She insisted that's not something customers should be told. She told me to take my packages elsewhere for pickup, then when I walked into back room to get 2 of my packages, where SHE put them, she called the police on me, and kept coming over to try and look at my packages to get my name, even after I told her to get away from my packages. The police talked to me, but did not inform me that I was not allowed in her store, so I went back in to tell her that I would be reporting her to DHL and the BBB, and she called the police again! I was told not to go there again, like I ever would anyhow!

How can these people get away with charging such overinflated prices for their services & supplies? I mean, come on, $16.00 to send a 13 lb package via DHL when the same package sent directly thru DHL is only $10.00! Ridiculous. All businesses need to make a profit, this is true, but that's rather extreme, don't ya think?

The owner of this store is extremely rude, and seems to think that customers don't have the right to know beforehand what their fees are going to be for shipping packages. They do not know the meaning of customer service and respect. Consumer beware!
