My credit card was charged immediately, but that was the only thing that was quick. Shipment was never made, and refund hasn't been made either!

I should have gone to Macy's... I purchased 3 place setting of Vera Wang china as a wedding gift. After a few weeks I inquired about the shipment, and was assured it would take a little longer. After about 7 weeks I inquired again, and was assured it was on its way. Then they quit taking my calls. After I filed a complaint with the BBB they said they had issued a refund based on my requesting one, which I had not done. There has never been a credit to my charge card for a refund from placesettings. They just ripped me off, and they are still in business, raking in the money from other unsuspecting consumers!
