Will not ship order and ignores request for status/refund

Order placed 8/15 for china, item code 091709200907 with a stated delivery of 4-6 weeks. Credit card was charged 8/15. After 6 weeks there was no communication from Placesettings.

On 3 separate occasions we have e-mailed requesting status; each time the resonse was only a canned reply stating a query was made to warehouse that an answer was forthcoming.

Numerous attempts were made by phone to contact them; they will not answer. Several times got into their voice mail which states they will repond within 48 hours. They have never reponded.

We finally quit asking for an order status and requested the order be cancelled and our credit card be credited in full for the purchase amount. Again, absolutely no response.
