Placesettings.com stole my money Matthews, NC 28105

I ordered 6 complete settings of Wedgwood china from placesettings.com on 3/3/07. They were to be shipped in 3-4 weeks. They were only to charge my card if they were in stock. They immediately charged my card the full $584.00.

After 5 weeks I emailed and was told they were backordered. After another 4 weeks I was told they were still backordered. Keep in mind they have had my money since March 3. They offered to refund my money, which I accepted. They have all of my informtion.

It is now November. I email, call, or fax on an almost daily basis and still they have not refunded me or responded to my contacts since. This company is a scam... Do not do business with them. I am looking into legal action and I am sure there are others out there who have been ripped off by placesettings.com. Thanks
