Failed to deliver product or refund money

On November 26 I placed an order with Placesettings.com. Placesettings.com debited my account for $764.95 on the same date. I have called and written several times only to receive a response that the order was backordered and would be received February. On March 27, I canceled the order and requested my money back.
On April 6 I again asked for a refund and for Placesettings.com to credit my account. I was promised that Placesettings.com would look in to it. On May 11 I again requested that Placesettings.com refund my money and credit my account. To date I have not received any satisfaction.
As indicated above I have submitted several inquiries as to the status of this action to service@placesettings.com. PlaceSettings acknowledged receiving the form mail on the same date. As of yet I have not received a refund nor have I been given the courtesy of any response.
Due to Placesettings. Comr non-responsiveness I was forced to seek other means to recover my refund. I will be seeking the refund of all owed credits, lost interest and associated legal fees to collect my money.
