Verizon is no good - this is why...

I have been trying to cancel my DSL with verizon for over a week. I have made severel, several phone calls, each lasting over 20 mins, only to get a recording that "we are not taking calls right now.

When I do get through to someone, they take down my number and an alternate number incase we get disconnected. Well you you guessed it, 4 times as soon as I say "cancel" we get disconected and they do not call back.

It is a scam so you can not cancel, and they can keep billing you. I have also sent 2 e-mails to them and received no reply.
