Ripoff Billed twice after I signed up and never even used any of there service at all $15.99 $15.99! Won't Refund My money Crooks!

I signed up for Stamps.com early May and after signing up, never used there service. I canceled it twice via email and got a e-mail reply that I had to call them to cancel my service... They billed me on Saturday 6/16 for the month of May as a monthly service fee... I called them on Saturday but there customer service was closed... They were only open Mon-Fri... I called them them today and asked them to reverse my charges and they said that they could not do that and since it was a service fee, like a fee when you use a gym but never even go there even though you have paid for... I said I signed up and never ever used there service and it was shady of them to take my money after I had canceled my account. They took $15.99 as a "closing fee" for the month of June. So i was billed twice for service I never even used... Very shady business practice, Don't fall victim to there service sceme... Never again!
